The software is provided for the purpose of setting the colours of the background and font of programs that use the Windows default values.

The program will not set the colours of any program that defines its own default settings. Many web sites have defined colours that cannot be adjusted using Opti-Colour.

The developers of this software do not claim that it will enable the user to understand what is being read.

The developers of this software do not claim that it will make any permanent change to an individuals ability to read more fluently.

The software is provided to be run from the Flash Drive on which it is installed.

Transferring the program to a users computer is done at the users risk and Opti-Colour accept no responsibility for damage that may result.

Attempts to modify the software will void any warranty.
